This policy explains what data the website of KOTE (tour operator) collects, why we use it and how you can control it.
What data we collect
When you send a request, we receive the details you enter in the form: your name, phone number or Telegram username, and a comment (for example, the tour, dates and group size). The address of the page the request was sent from is also recorded.
Why we use it
Only to handle your request: to contact you, find a tour, prepare a contract and support your trip. We don't send marketing emails without your consent and we never sell your data to third parties.
How requests are delivered
Requests from the form reach KOTE managers via Telegram and, where needed, the company email. Only staff working on your request have access to it.
How long we keep data
As long as needed to handle your request, fulfil the contract and meet legal requirements. After that, the data is deleted.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand which pages are useful to visitors. They collect anonymised visit statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the site works without them.
